I know the music industry from the inside: bookings, careers, events – but also pressure, expectations and self-doubt. Today, I help artists find clarity, make decisions and shape their own path. With experience, integrity and genuine interest in the person.

I work with artists who want to grow – whether they're just starting out, feeling stuck, or planning their next step. Some seek orientation in the chaos of the scene, others feel they have to constantly adapt and still aren’t getting anywhere. Many bring talent, experience and dedication – and yet something is missing: visibility, structure or a clear counterpart.
What unites them is the desire to find their place in the scene – with presence, without pretending.
